screen stuttering during playback

screen stuttering during playback

I was just working on a new track hardly anything on it except stylus rmx and a vocal track so far.  during playback it is basically stuttering along- not the audio but everything else.  the cursor moves in steps along with the now time and is not fluid at all.  my specs are below.  cpu was barely even kicking dpc latency was fine.  any ideas ?  The only way to fix problem is to reboot computer...

    thanks cjay that totally did the trick.  i was hoping it was something simple like this.  pause break is right next to my delete key so I'm sure this will happen again.
