scroll speed in 8.53

scroll speed in 8.53

My song is about 160 measures.   After I added a envelope it started scrolling super fast whenever I used the bar.   Like if I barely move it I'm over in 500.

I would assume the envelope is making Sonar think the song is longer than it really is.  Any fixes?

    Ok, it definitely thinks the song is to long, but how to change that?

    HA, I found it, there was some audio that for some reason was at about measure 7000, lol.

    No idea how it got there.
