send bus
If you set the all track that has same space's effect,You may use send and add the new audio bus.
On browser there is effect of reverb or delay is remove sound of the air.
The new bus is set the effect is that on effect's area.
And all track's send is open and choice the new send bus.

To the original poster.
If one has an effect that all tracks use you can set up a send to a single buss as an auxiliary and use a send on each track to send to the buss with that effect and use its output as a return.
If that is what you are saying than that is the way to do it.
If you are asking something else please state it another way.
