sending from buss to buss not working - on just one song

Any ideas how to get this to work? it's probably a mistake in the database.
I've added a buss to work as a reverb for the other busses. It has always worked, until this one song. 
I can send to the buss until I enable write, then nothing sends to that bus. It does show that I'm writing the parameter to the buss envelope. Read parameter is on. 
I'm guessing there's an error in the database somewhere. Is there a way to copy the .cwp file that error checks it?
Is there a way to read cwp's with sqlite (I believe that's what they're using, right?) 
I don't want to copy the audio files and try to rebuild it.
