serious problems with take lanes

I'm trying to export (sometimes submixed) takes of multiple tracks,
basically I just want to Mute parts I don't need and export "result" of length specified by project markers,
Sonar appears to be absolutely ****ed, because when I click unmute a clip take, sometimes it unmutes multiple takes of a track, sometimes multiple takes of all selected tracks, sometimes when I click mute it does absolutely nothing, sometimes it takes about 6 mutes/unmutes of couple takes for Sonar to finally understand what I want,
moreover, when I export the result tracks, sometimes I get same exported audio although Sonar clearly indicated different audio was supposed to be exported,
I am very disappointed with such issues, running Sonar Platinum 2016.05
EDIT: this is so embarrasing for Sonar I tried exporting even just multiple takes of single track, FAIL

when I click File Export Audio (preset Raw Tracks - No Automation/FX), guess which take gets exported, the greyed muted T2 - what the F ?

OH I think I figured it out, it seems that Clip Automation needs to be ticked at export dialog - which makes absolutely no sense to me, but I guess that's the cause of the issue...

BUT, problem with MUTE functionality persists - when I click to unmute let's say "take 5", strangely for ex. "take 3" (which overlaps about a minute of take 5) gets unmuted too, appears they are somehow linked, which is really weird behaviour
