setting the metro nome and tempo.
Am I missing the icon the allow you to open the metronome/ tempo and tap the mouse or space bar to set the tempo?

Open the Tempo view from the Views menu. Then double-click on the first tempo shown in the list on the right side of the view. In the dialog box, click the Tempo button to set the tempo. Also, after you click the button once, you can then use the Spacebar to tap the tempo.

At first it took me a bit to find it!!! I had to look in the help file and I have been using sonar for 4-5 years.
