    Started out very nice. 

    Then the Vox seems way to hot/compressed and maybe way too up front. JMO.


    It is a nice song though.

    This is a good song in search of the right mix.  The lyrics and melody and the performances were all solid, the overall vibe is raw, but polished at the same time.  I think if you simply turned the lead vocal down and reduced a little reverb a tad, the vocal would be more intimate and "in your face", which would more easily draw the listeners in.  Now, that's just an opinion, and if you're at peace with this mix, it wouldn't be a crime because it's a good song, bottom line.
