That is just beautiful to me. Not sure if winter is coming here this year, (sigh) Who would have thought Michigan in mid January that it would be 50ish out and nice.

well, i broke my snowblower handling this storm, so now i've gotta NOT buy my next item on the list of soundgear, and instead REPAIR a stupid snowblower!! heheh when you are outside in 20 degree wind hand-shoveling tons of snow, the price of a snowblower seems inconsequential.

This is what I used to have to deal with up in Iowa. I actually miss it. :( This is a tiny drift compared to other storms. Driveway was about 200ft long and there's a turnaround to the left that you can't see. I've seen 7' tall drifts out there where I used to live. My (3rd) snow blower died that year. So, I walked in the house, handed my hat and gloves to the wife and said, "Ok, it's your turn. I'm done. The shovel is in the garage." 5 days later she got 'us' this for Christmas ... My riding mower died that past summer and the snow blower died too, and it wasn't really that much more to get the Kubota. We just made the last payment on it last month. Love Kubota's 0% financing. It's a LOT of fun, and it's 4WD. I drove it off in to the ditch out in front of the house several times and was able to get right out. A couple times I had to use the bucket to push myself out, but man is it a blast. We don't get snow like that down here in MO. :(
"I pulled the head off Elvis, filled Fred up to his pelvis, yaba daba do, the King is gone, and so are you."

If I ever get property large enough for a tractor, I'd get in a lot of trouble 'cause if you have a tractor you must use it! (Even if you don't have a good reason to at the time - lol!)

WELL, we've had about 8" more snow fall since yesterday morning, have cleared the driveway two more times..... so that makes about 30" at the house so far, still snowing.....

You tropical folks and yer flame throwers. That'll just make for one big skating rink in your driveway. The most dangerous thing next to black ice is ice under a fresh coat-a snow, don't cha know?!
