Not bad :) I like the mood very much, or rather, the mood from the beginning, not the middle. But at times I feel the distorted guitar has bit to much overdrive on it, for this kind of stuff. I'm not to happy about the guitar that 3 seconds in... not the playing, its fine, just the sound of it...
The distortion fits well in the middle of it, but that is also the part I'm the least fond of.
The bass and drums could be louder.
But overall, but to shabby :p

Nice melody. Nice feel. Good playing. I'm w/ Zeplin on the guitar sound... it's way distorted (and could use some more mids and lows for my taste).

Mood is interesting, yes. I'm with Mike and Phil on the guitar sounds. They're very irritating - all high-mid and highs. I think it's more the EQ than the amount of distortion. You're punishing the listeners! It makes it feel so good at about 2:45 when it stops!

There are also parts where it sounds like the players (guitars and bass) aren't very locked in, time-wise, with the drums. It gets kind of loose.
