[solved] Clean install of Windows 10 and now can't log into JRR Shop

I did a clean install of windows 10 and now I can't login to JRR Shop.
I'm trying to keep the install as clean as possible without extra bloatware.
I must be missing something. Does it need Java (or something else) for the login to function, or maybe an IE setting is incorrect? (all settings at default now)
I can log in on a different computer.
I am using Internet Explorer and Edge.

Please explain "how" you can't log in. Do you get to the login page when clicking on the Login icon on the home page? If yes, do you see the login fields? If yes, what exactly happens (or doesn't happen) when you fill in the email and password fields and click on Login?
 
Need to know where you're failing.

I can get to the login screen and fill in the fields. When I press the "Login" button my e-mail address and password disappear. Nothing else happens.
I tried the "forgot password" page and the same thing happens: I enter the info, press "submit", and the login info disappears and nothing else happens.
 
It's probably something real stupid...
I'm going to turn on the other computer and try it there and see if I have the correct password.
 
EDIT: I went to the other computer and it is fine there and I have the correct password.
 
In my haste to make a really "clean" machine I must have deleted something that caused this.
I'm building a new DAW and trying to keep the bare minimum plus internet for software updates. 
 
I'm going to wipe the drive and reinstall windows 10. It doesn't take that long and there is no other software installed on it yet.
I'll report back here with results to either close this case or ask for more help.

Solved.
I'm building a new DAW and in my quest to have the cleanest machine I inadvertently deleted something that caused this problem. I was trying to get rid of the gaming bloatware that comes with the graphics driver and I was also trying to get rid of some of those undesirable Windows Apps. In the process of deleting that stuff I caused the damage.
 
Rather than try to troubleshoot the problem it was easier to wipe the hard drive and reinstall Windows 10.
It's good now.
I did figure out that I can selectively install only the graphics driver so that's what I did.
