sonar 8 mastering plugin question

I was at a friends recently & he showed me T-Racks and asked if Sonar had something like it built in, and I went..... uh, hmmmmm, don't know
Nothing similar came to mind

So.... is there anything like it? and what's it called?

Well, from my experience with T-Rax, its not really a one compoment plug in...meaning it is made up of a couple of different plug components.

So is your question , does Sonar have a the components or plugs i.e. limiter, multiband comp, etc. dedicated to mastering? the answer is yes.

The current version of T-Racks comprises
    Soft-Clipper
    MultiBand Limiter
    Tube Compressor
    Equaliser

All these have their equivalents or near equivalent out of the box in SONAR 7 and 8

    LP64 Multiband
    LP64 EQ
    Boost 11
    VC-64
Not to mention the whole Sonitus suite

I have T-Racks that I got as part of a promotional offer but admit to not having used it other than to authorise it and make sure it works reliably on my sytem which it does.

I have T-racks and sonar includes all and more that t racks has to offer. T racks is suited for more of a rock and metal mastering, in my opinion.

T-racks gets a bad rap, but I like it alot .
I never hear of many folks ever tweaking with it too much since they got it, which tells me they are probably using presets.
I am sorry, but presets for mastering are a joke.
Once you get under the hood, T-racks is really a pretty cool plug-in.
One nice thing about it is the CPU load. Yes, Sonar can do much of the same things as mentioned above, but you have to load 4 or 5 plug ins at once to do it, and T-racks takes care of all that with 1 plug-in and way less CPU usage.
And on a side note, according to their website, T-racks has a new version 2 coming out soon.
    Looks really nice!

Yeah, presets are a joke, but if you're just after a quick & dirty touch up of "magic dust" sometimes they are useful
I'm sure it was a preset he was using (or one of his own), but it was ONE plugin, click, click & = improvement
I know Sonar has all the above mentioned stuff to master "properly"
I was just wondering if it also had the other too

    Thanks to all who responded
