sonar le and new memory cards installed

recently had two new memory cards installed and now when i try to listen to or record i have no sound....whats up with that and how do i fix it ?

    SONAR probably forgot' the settings. Check under Options>Audio that your sound card is selected for both record and playback device and that the correct drivers are selected under the Drivers tab.
    You may have to run the Wave Profiler again.
