sonar plat timing question/bug

hi
all.............im have a problem with sonar plat
when i record all is ok
but then i have to go to the track and slide it forward to sync up
what am i doing what wrong
ive tried several thing but nothing seems to help
it just started with the update

amd 10-6700 apu, 3.70 ghz,24gb 16gb usable.
sonar platinum 64 bit operating system latest upgrades
.komplete audio 6
WINDOWS 10

    did you try a loop back test e.g. record your metronome via an aux track to an audio track, then send this audio track to an output of your interface, plug a cable from that output to an input an record back to see if it all aligns?
