sonar producer don't recognize reac

Olá
we have instaled all the stuff that comes with s4000 and the REAC are working nice, but sonar producer 8.6 just can't recognize the sound engine. All the drivers are instaled and ok, the REAC control panel is ok too, with green light, 32 tracks and 98kHz (fixed) but to Sonar it does'n't exist! We allready diseable the realtek sound machine and nothing happens. Cubase and acid recognize the REAC but can't work with Reac.
Did anyone got a clue?
Thanks
Tim

Try it at 48 or 44.1 KHz. Do you see it in Options-Audio-Drivers?

Do you have the REAC version of Sonar from Roland Systems ?.

Standard Sonar as sold from Cakewalk doesn't support REAC, I believe you have to have the right version from Roland
called "Sonar REAC Recording system" that includes the special cakewalk REAC driver.

I haven't used one, but read a bit about it.
