sonar professional and Yamaha Tyros 5 (unsolved again!!!)

I had The Tyros 5 playing back what I recorded a couple of weeks ago fine.
I am not using auto rhythms,only channel 1 and 2 for a minutes  Intro to a song I am doing.
For some reason again the Tyros Is not playing back my sounds exactly the same.
I record Into the sequencer On the tyros then saved and put on usb stick and then Into the computer and load Into sonar pro.
 
So now I decide to play a few notes into sonar  from the  Tyros sounds live and play back recorded.
I have a synth sound with portamento sweep on It (SquarestackMW In the Synth section) and on playback the note Is plain .
I noticed If I press the mono button on and off and then on again after coming out of sonar all plays well again until you try and record the sound over a few bars.
The odd thing now Is that It was going good last week and not now and all settings In Sonar and on the Tyros are the same.
I have obviously overlooked something ,but what ,I have not a clue now.
I recorded the song In sonar, brought back to bar 1  saved straight away -- still no luck after first try.
Somehow Sonar Is not talking to the Tyros 100% and I do not know what to do now .
I even tried unloading the Yamaha Usb Driver and re-Installing
When recording to Sonar from the Tyros you do not need to switch on your sound device ,which is my Focusrite scarlett 6i6.
You should be able to play and record using the Yamaha usb connection straight Into your computer.
I have no problems at all when recording VST Instruments.
 
The big question is how do you record from Tyros 5 and then get sonar to play back your sounds exactly with consistency.
 
I hope someone can help here as this has been going on a few weeks now and getting more frustrated.

I also now have looked at the sys ex in the Tyros and the portamento 65=127 is there and portamento time 5=12 is there.
Plays great In the Tyros
Export that from the song sequencer on Usb stick to sonar and load up.
 
Still plays plain notes back from tyros speakers.
Also looked In the event list In Sonar and the portamento shows up as usual at the beginning of my few notes passage  on channel 1,
This should be sending that Info to the tyros but my gremlins say different!! Just plain non portamento stiff notes.
I have tried the sax with It's slides on tyros and they play back great and so does a lot of other sounds.
It is just the Synth sounds with portamento In them that the tyros does not seem to pick up from playing back from sonar
The Sonar event list shows the Portamento switched on and before exporting from the Tyros the Song creator section shows the portamento Is present and switched on.
Cannot work out whether this Is a Sonar or Tyros problem.
Cannot believe nobody else has had this .
 
Is there anyone who can see through this aggravating problem
