How are you exporting? Are you selecting "What you hear" and "Audible bounce"

How have you got everything routed?

It sounds like you've got tracks bypassing your master bus and going straight to the mains.

    Tracks go to Busses
    Busses go to Master Buss
Master Buss goes to your Main Outs (interface)

You have to have something changing it in your project. All you need to do is look over your entire signal chain and check each gain stage. Sonar doesn't change your volume and DB levels without you telling it to do so.

Also, I noticed someone said tracks go to buses (Euwwhhhh?????) Do this below
    1. Tracks go to the Master bus, not buses.
    2. Sends go to buses
    3. Buses go to Master bus
    4. Master goes to Main outs 1/2

Yes that is one way to do it but not the only way. Know what I mean?

I've been routing drum tracks to buses and sends to buses and then combining them into a final Drums bus for years without problems. Make my workflow simple.

I then do the same with vocals.

And finally I do the same for all other instruments.

What I end up working with at the final mix stage is those three buses going into the master bus.

    Simples.
