How can i tell just what sound packs I have

    Which ones did you buy?
    Which ones did you install?

Answer these 2 simple questions and you will know what sound packs you have

Just to add, there is no single "Sound Pack" concept in SONAR, or most DAWs I think, but rather plugin presets (synths or FX) like those for Rapture or Dimension, and perhaps different loops & one-shots.

I believe the only separately sold sound pack included with SONAR is the Dimension Pro Digital Sound Factory Classic Keys which is included with SONAR Producer. There are occasions when Cakewalk bundles sound packs with their DAWs but I believe they are listed separately in your store account for download.

I take it you are talking about DSF soundpacks for Cakewalk Sound Center?

If so, I've written a couple of things on the Steam MC6T forum. I now have Sonar X3 Producer for which Sound Center (32bit only) still works and via BitBridge to 64bit Sonar. The Steam paths can be substituted for standard Program Files paths, otherwise the info is still pertinent (not the installation verification stuff).
