spectrum analyzer control bar module

Sonar has the advantage of a nice, chunky control bar, and could perhaps profit from it more. Having a precise, fast response little analyzer window, which you could switch from full spectrum to 1/3 octave and set the range, reside in the control bar could be nice. You'd be able to right click on it and point it to any track or bus output. There could also be 3 size variations of course.

The spectrum analyzer in the quad eq is pretty nice, a lot like the on in the Fab-Filter ProQ2. I find myself adding a Pro-Q2 to almost every channel just to make sure my EQ changes are changing what I want them to (SPAN is a bit too fuzzy). Most of the time I end up removing it after making adjustments to SSL channels. It would be nice to stick a temp SA anywhere in the signal chain without changing the signal or permanently adding it to the effects rack.
