stormdrum and sonar 4

Hello,
I have been using Stormdrum Intakt with Sonar 4 for about a nine months, and recently I have tempo matching issues with Stormdrum. When I open a sequence, sometimes Stormdrum will play at a faster tempo. If I have audio loops in the sequence, their tempo matches Sonar's tempo, but Stormdrum Intakt's does not. If I copy the midi data triggering Intakt, open a new instance of Stormdrum, paste the midi in the same spot, it seems to fix it. Has anyone else experienced this issue. Thanks for your help.
