"support"

is anyone getting meaningful replies from support?   i have been waiting for months for an answer to:
1) my invisible dimension pro
2) and when to expect to save as a functional .mid
 
does anyone have a stable version of 'artist'?  i have:
2 independent windows7 unstable installations     (presonus audiobox & cakewalk VS-100)
and one unstable windows10 install    (focusrite 6i6)
 
the only stable cakewalk i have are:
9.3 in XP on mac bootcamp
X2 in XP on mac bootcamp

    You should include some basic system specs whan asking for help as it speeds up the process. We end up asking you questions instead of giving answers. 
    Only one I'll comment on is I have the 6i6 running on Windows 10 and I can open any version of Sonar. I have X1 LE, X3 Studio , Professional and Platinum. I doubt very much your stability issues have anything to do with the software, and obviously not the 6i6 drivers.
