I know you've been very helpful and even go out of your way to assist people here and on many other sites, but there seems to be a lot of complaints with IK's "Support" or lack of. What's the actual reason for this?
(Sorry, I'm not trying to put you on the spot here, but I'm just curious to the reason behind this.....). I do like IK's stuff and do have most of it and fortunately, never had to call support for anything.
You know we actually get tons of great feedback, but more often than not you (and by you I mean those not at IK) hear more of the bad as they want to tarnish the IK name and let their bad experience be known. Those that have good experiences are happy with IK and move about their day. We get tons of praise for our support on forums, (including here a few times) Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr and I get tons of PMs helping people out and getting thank yous. We really try to do our best and many times go the extra mile. (Like me getting a direct answer on what someone thought was IK installing malware on their computer when we weren't, on my VACATION.)

I'm not saying anything bad, just stating that I love helping people out. Even when I'm away I can't stop. Before I worked for IK I was on forums because I loved recording and the community of learning/sharing. Even when I'm off work I'm lurking more than most know. ;)

What did IK do to turn you away Smedberg? I've seen you around between here and the PUF and its been generally positive I don't get it. I personally was iffy about doing the group buy myself. IK actually caught me on another forum asking about plug ins and they reached out to me and gave me all kinds of honest feedback about tools out there. IK Obi is very helpful he's not just trying to sell people stuff he is actually just a good guy who wants to help. And he is easy to reach on forums or social networks. He replies fairly fast on twitter especially. I am personally confident that if these guys are this helpful before I get my software that they will be even more helpful to get me to keep it.
