tONE WHILE RECORDING

I m recording my guitar with cakewalk Roland UA 1G . whenever i arm a track for recording, a tone ( much like when a mic comes near the amplifier ) starts coming. the tone is clean and the level of the tone is same always. I m using guitar pro for backing track. i plugged the output from my realtek card to input of UA 1G for guitar pro. Im using standard stereo cable for my guitar.  running XP sp3 with 1 GB ram.

That doesn't sound right - you're probably creating a feedback loop.

The UA 1G is your interface so no need to use the realtek. Connect the UA 1G to your computer via USB. Then plug your guitar into the UA 1G using the Hi-Z input. (also you should use a mono TS 1/4" jack, not stereo, since the guitar is a mono instrument)

You should then monitor your audio either by plugging your headphones into the relevant socket or hook up your monitors to the audio outputs.
