I like it.  The melody and parts are nice.  Vocals need some pitch correcting.  The lyric "It is a test..." is hard for me to grasp for me.  "It's not a test to say I love you..." comes to mind.  I like the accordion (concertina?).

Thanks for your comments Rimshot, we'll look at pitch correcting the vocals + the instrument at the end was a Mussetina (accordion-like instrument).

Thanks again + all the best.

The test is nice and loud and hurt my ears and they are bleeding. Just kidding!! Sounds pretty good but like rimshot said the vocals in the beginning need a bit of pitch correction. There also seem to be a lot of compression going on with this or limiting (that's why it is so loud and my ears are bleeding). A few tweaks here and there and I think you have a song.

    track is missing....? Page error....

    OK..... edit:  it's working now.

I like the song. Nice melody and instrumentation.   Fix the vox and that will make a big difference.   I wasn't a fan of the solo on the guitar. A slower, "burning" smoking hot tone with fewer notes, I think would work better.

The Bryan Adams song, "Everything I do", has a solo starting at around 2:40 that is a perfect example of the tone and the feel I'm talking about. Nothing fancy, just a few well placed notes, smoking tone, and it says everything that needs to be said in a guitar solo. No doubt, one of my favorite guitar solo's.

A little bit of work and you'll have a good tune there.

Thanks for listening and for your comments, sorry about your ears John ;-) I'll have to dig out my compression 101 again and give it another go.

I see your point regarding the guitar solo herb + I'll try to have the confidence of less is more in my future attempts.

I'm off to try and tame my primal scream at the start.

best wishes + thanks again for listening
