the big five 0

I get the impression I'm just a kid here.

It's happening this week.

That day you never thought would happen.

The question; Do I buy my self that other microphone?

Happy Birthday Mike.   My Five O was last year.  I splerged and bought a new guitar to mark the occassion; I guess I wanted to make sure that I had a warm memory to mark that day.  It's only a mile mark though.

Happy birthday Mike.....50 isn't so bad. It was last year for me ,51 in March.

I keep hearing about how much more sore people get when they are this age but I haven't felt it yet...no prune juice either, just a little more grey which I'm told looks "distinguished".

You can claim a mid life crisis for anything you buy, so I would go big ;)

Look at it this way, you could be younger and still have all that much more growing up to do.

"Young people" are people who think you are old (but what do they know anyhows).

Happy birthday!

As usual I'm late to the party. A very happy birthday Mike, I wish my birthday happened every winter in Florida. In fact many Canadians do exactly that after the age of 50. Maybe next winter I'll pay you a birthday visit. We can argue the merits of Depends over the leading competitor.
