very different. the really cheesy keyboard sound fits the sound well. good rhythm and interesting vibe. the vocals though could use some work. they are out of tune and unclear at times. it sounds like lemon season.

I enjoyed listening to this. I thought the squeeze box was a nice addition.

You guys are improving by leaps and bounds. "The Lambing Season", I like that idea. Pistolpete is right about one aspect - a few of the lead vocal notes could take some minor pitch correction. That would take this terrific song over the top, and you'd have a gem on your hands.

this is some nice sugary pop, feel like a might have got a cavity listening to this :) Thoroughly enjoyable. I envision this being a theme song to a quirky sitcom. Keep it up! Lee

Really cool, hooky tune. I love the arrangement with both a strong vocal and instrumental hook. Makes this a very accessible and appealing tune. The main thing that sticks out to me also is the vocals. Listeners nowadays almost expect pitch correction. Also, a lot of vocal coaches would discourage you from adding the 'h' sound when you sing two notes with one syllable (EG pronouncing 'men' as 'me-hen'. You do hear it occasionally in pro recordings, but not very often. If you're not doing it intentionally, I'd recommend just sliding between notes on the vowel sound. Regardless, this is a really well crafted tune. The subject is intriguing too. Nice job. Peace, Ian
