i just wrote this real nasty post..then before i posted it i sat back and thought about it..i erased it and wrote this instead..--
i understand your frustrated but telling me to go buy a burger isnt going to help matters.im sorry if your having problems,i hope the patch makes it a little better.getting mad at sonar might make you feel good
now,but i wouldnt want to see you get banned..im sorry for my post.you did the right thing by editing it.

You can get gridlines all the way down to 2 ticks if you set the snap at that, and zoom in far enough for SONAR to draw them all.


Ok, I'm being a bit nit-picky but 1 tick hasn't been a problem here(8.5).  Or am I reading that wrong?

i love how some of posters get all up in arms about cakewalk being perfect even when they fk up something as simple as this, then the experienced users have to spell out what they mean and all of a sudden those posters go away.

btw why is prv snap the same as track snap now (in x1b)?  they didnt fix anything they just took away an option. 

and dont give me this "then dont use it if you dont like it"  this is beyond all that.  this has become a moral issue now

Been experimenting with this as I like the grid to follow snap settings so I can easily line up clip placements. Smart Grid seems to be doing the trick for the most part.
