the usb port on back of CAKEWALK ua-25 ex is loose and no is not working

 I mean I treated this thing like Gold yet now its broken,is there an easy way to fix this or do I have to send it away or buy a new one.It is in almost perfect condition.The design on the back where you put the USB cable seems not very thought out,its made out of easily bendable metal. Any ideas?Anyone have one with any issues
