Sonar 3 Producer question

Hello

   I currently own Sonar 3 producer and I was wondering am I able to upgrade to 8.5 for $99.00? or do I have to buy other versions of Sonar first.

    The price you've seen, for $99, is SONAR 8.5 Producer Upgrade From SONAR 8 Producer
    This assumes you already have a registered Sonar 8 Producer.

    Since you have Sonar 3, the options you have are...
    SONAR 8.5 Producer Upgrade from SONAR 1-5 (Studio/Producer), Price: $249

    So, yes, you can get it for $99, but it will be the Studio version, NOT the Producer version.
