Man, that's awful. Have you checked your invoices in the IK store, sometimes everything don't show up in the user area but it's still in the stor... Have you contacted support? I've got the mail with serial number and already registred AT3 so just waiting for the DL and then authorizing.

    Erik:
Yes, let's just hope they manage to get the DL working before they go home for the weekend

Hey guys, just a couple of questions.  I too have already ordered A3 several weeks ago and have both not received an email letting me know it's ready to ship AND have nothing about any order in my user area.  Where exactly in your user area does this info show up?  Is there a way to back track my order?  From my invoice maybe?

yoropal this is what my user area "my orders" shows

    XXXXXX AT3  In Progress 1/14/10 100.99 0.00 100.99

sometimes when I log in, there are NO orders(even old ones)  showing up!!! I deleted my email, but it stated something like shipping next week, it was generic, and did not reference my order.

This is how I access my order info:

    https://www.webstore.ikmu...tore/selectCountry.jsp

Select your country then log in.

If the My Orders page is blank, click on Web Store, then My Orders and your AT3 order should appear. This works for me.

Mine is also still "In Progress" and I haven't received an e-mail yet.  I think the best course of action is to have myself cryogenically frozen until Monday.

The order is in the webstore.

I got an e-mail with my serial number and went into the user area and registred the product. Now it shows up in the "downloads". Downloading it now!!!

(And I'm not even a guitar player, just a simple producer... You'll probably get it soon though I hope)

Installed, authorized and sounding great! I can't vouch for authenticity because I've never used the originals but I can tell you that this plug has an amazing sound and feel and the new models (including off course the rotary speakers) sound great. Haven't played with the slicers and stuff yet though... Feels like I'll be able to get pretty much any guitar sound I want now

Don't worry. I think it'll be worth the wait and should come soon. At least it's finished and shipping, their system probably just have to process all pre-orders in some way.

Hmmm, clicking like a maniac through the presets causes a crash in Amplitube 3.vpa for me... But the sound is great so I hope it's just a maniac clicking thing.

Nope... Inserting a RealLPC/RealStrat in the synth rack and then putting AT3 as an insert and choosing the FX -> Incastro-preset is a reproducable crash (fatal error) in AT3 for me. I can choose the preset if I don't have RealLPC/RealStrat so it seems like something in the two plugs don't really want to play along.

Narrowed it down to the step slicer as a rack effect not wanting to work (didn't work with Dim Pro either). Works as a stomp thogh and sounds really cool.

What do people actually think of these?  I bought Amplitube 2 Live and just downloaded the demo for Amplitube 3 a couple hours ago and have been playing around with it...and maybe I need to tweak the settings more, or something, but I'm just not that impressed.  And...I want to stress, I'm not picking on Amplitube.  I've tried playing around with the Guitar Rig version that came with Sonar 8.5, as well, with similar results.

I actually DO like some of the clean models in Amplitube...a couple of them sound really good.  And some of the stomp boxes are pretty good, too....the chorus's, flangers, delays....but once I start hitting the overdrives/fuzz boxes/distortions, it totally loses me.  They just sound buzzy and thin to my ears.  (There were a couple of exceptions, however)

I really do appreciate the obvious work that went into this program and all the things you can tweak and change and adjust....I really wanted to LOVE this program....

So, am I just missing something?  If so, please fill me in!  I'm absolutely willing to give it a second chance...but as it stands right now, my wallet is staying in my pocket.

Well, I finally got my email and downloaded and authorized.  Haven't even plugged in yet but can say that several of my wants have been fulfilled.  You can now load any IK guitar/bass plug ( I've got all of them) directly from A3 AND you can load any of the stomps in any of the programs AND you can freely re-arrange them by drag and drop.  Whoo Hoo.  Tomorrow I'll check out the sounds.  If this thing is as good (and I don't see why it wouldn't be) as Amplitube Fender then YOWSA!!  It's gonna be killer diller.  I'll keep ya posted.

Oops, had to make some corrections. There were a few models missing from the gear list in the AT2 manual. New PDF has been uploaded.
