Audio Import not working properly

Hey there-

I am working on a re-mix in Sonar 8.5 and have all of the stems required, but when I import the stem audio files into the project (.wav - 24 bit), only one of the files actually loads and plays back properly (that one happens to be slightly different 1411KBPS 76 MB, while all the other files that will not load are 2116 KBps 114 MB)

None of the other tracks will load and I just get a faint images of dots in the track, as opposed to the standard audio wave form image.

The tracks that will not load play back fine in preview, and media browser preview.

According to all of the Sonar Documentation (in the software and Sonar 8 Power), it states that Sonar will convert all of the files and make them usable for the project..

Does not seem to be happening in my case.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can try to get these 2116 KBps 114 MB audio files to load and playback in Sonar 8.5?

I believe that these wav files originated in Logic.

Thanks for the help.

Look way way way over to the right in the track.  Sometimes imported files are stuck way ove because of the encoding.  If they are there there is a solution for it  but I don't remember what it is.  Someone will tell you the secret I'm sure  if you indicate that they are actually there. (could be at measure 1800 or something weird like that).

Yes... thank you!  The files were importing towards the middle of the project, so I am importing now without the time stamp constraint.

    Thank you, very helpful.

    Best Regards,
