Audio Metronome Patch - Power Studio 5

I've sent an email to Roland customer support regarding this (3 days ago), received an automated reply, and am still waiting on a response. I realize that Roland stopped supporting my registered version of Sonar, yet I can't, for the life of me, understand why they removed the Audio Metronome Patch from their support for my product. (I had a big hard drive failure within the last 6 weeks, and had to re-install everything. Poor planning on my part, I realize.) Feeling a little like I should offer to buy something from Roland at this point, if they'll send me the patch. I'm content with what Studio 5. Where is the problem with a little support from Roland? I'm afraid dollar signs are blurring Roland's vision when it comes to customer, and product, support.....
