4 days and i not have my serials numbers - April 12, 12 3:58 PM ( #1 )
I'm going into the 4 day [ waiting for the [ [ to arrive or show up in My Account for cakewalk expanded, prochannel y zeta, only view out of serials numbers. 

how long must i wait?

Mnairn,

Is it poss to give them a buzz?  I can't tell if u're out of the U.S. or not...  But if u're in U.S. give a buzz...  I know that they're working on some registration stuff that is causing odd serial number problems.  If u are out of the U.S. we'll see if we can get a Baker for ya......

, I am out of usa, I placed a ticket for this and related issues with my purchase but have not received any response. Well, they said it would take 5 to 7 business days to respond. Bad service.

Hi Mauricio,

I see that one of our guys took care of your serial numbers already. I just wanted to send out an apology for the trouble. 

For whatever it is worth, we're making some changes behind the scenes internally that should resolve the corner case scenario you fell into that prevented your serial numbers from being generated properly (we've identified where it went wrong).

Same problem here. My serials just doesn't arrive and i can't even contact customer service. The internet page comes with a "Internet is broken banner" from the very cakewalk page no matter how many times or machines i tried from. Terrible frustration not to have my purchase working as expected. 
Hope this helps to get those serial numbers (how come they run out. I can't explain. They are just numbers, aren't  they?)

As far as your serial numbers go, you fell into the same loophole as Mauricio did above. I'll send you a follow up email directly with your serial numbers and download links so you can get the products installed. Looks like your account needs some maintenance on our end.

Sorry for the trouble on this. We'll get it squared away.

I want to highlight that once the cakewalk team took my case, care was A1 and relatively quick, especially knew how to compensate for the problem satisfactorily for me.

Sonar X1d Expanded is an excellent product. I am very happy.

@Ryan. Thank you again for your response. I feel more than congratulated and happy to have the whole 'tortilla' 

@mnairn. Indeed. This is an excellent DAW. And for the record, I'm coming back to cakewalk after a long journey using other sequencers and DAWs. I was a cakewalk user back in the days of 2.0 DOS version... so you can imagine how much fun it will be to master this beast.

I have not yet had a confirmation email for serial for my recent z3ta +2 order though I can see it in my registered products list.
