I was dragging my feet on this because of the July 4th holiday as well as the new folks coming on board to X1 with problems of their own, but really, to expect a reply in two weeks and not receive any thing for almost a month is a little less than expected. Maybe the problems are weighted and mine might come in as lighter than others, but a reply to my problem would be appreciated.
