Boost11 won't load

Just upgraded to Vista Ultimate 64 bit.
Ran fresh install of Sonar 7 Studio with svpk 1 and 2 64 bit edition and had soooo many issues.
Ran install of teh S7S with svpk and 2 32 bit and almost all errors went away.
One issue is Boost 11. It just hangs and crashes.
I went in and unchecked the re-scan buttons to keep it from crashing but can't seem to get it loaded?
Is this a 64 bit issue? What gives?
Anyone have any advice?
