CC64 issue in Sonar 8

Guys, my sustain pedal that is connected to my CME UF70 keyboard and running into Sonar 8, when recording its movement, is showing up in Sonar as CC113, not CC64, so I've got no sustain. I have gone thru the keyboard manual and I don't see anywhere where I can change the keyboard output, so I'm hoping there's something that can be changed within Sonar to make it so it is reading CC64. Any suggestions? Thanks.

well it sounds like the polarity of the sustain pedal is wrong.. needs to be the other way around..

depends on the keyboard / pedal... see if either can be changed e.g holding the pedal down when switching on.. might reverse the polarity etc

The first thing to do is to decide if this is a Sonar issue or a keyboard issue. The keyboard manual indicates that the keyboard sends CC64, and no way to re-map it in the keyboard as near as I can tell. Download midiox and see what that application thinks it is receiving from the keyboard. If both Sonar and MidiOx are receiving the wrong signal it is likely you want to talk to someone at CME support, although you might be able to remap it using MidiOx to talk sensibly to Sonar.

    Thanks for the reply gents.

I was able to resolve the issue by re-initializing the keyboard. Now it pumps out the smoothest, sweetest cc64 sustain this side of my Les Paul.
