Can't access that. Took me about four minutes to find that out, why not just put it on your site?

Did you fill in the three letter code next to the megaupload logo?
    It should work fine!
I've uploaded it to Amazing Tunes as well, anyway. Thanks for letting me know!

Absolutely beautiful sounds, great mix. I think the track is excellent but just lacking in the right amount of detail. It doesn't sound way off finished, it just lacks garnish here and there. Nice Autechre style drum mangles.

EDIT. And yes i filled in the code and went through the whole process but when Real player loaded it said "file not found..."

    mac,
Thanks for making it easy this time aroud. As I listened at first, I was starting to feel disappointed and bored with the song, UNTIL everything exploded wonderfully. Now I'm happy. This is a good composition! I normally don't listen to this style of music, but you did a good job with this. I won't comment on the mix, as Nick alreday pointed some areas that need polishing.

A nice full soundscape, interesting textures. Gentle but steady evolution. Nice work. Good use of the stereo width too.

Thanks for the comments everyone, they're very much appreciated!
I'll stick to using Amazing Tunes to host my files in future, thanks for letting me know about the problems with Megaupload.
Opaque- could you suggest what flavour garnish would complete the dish?

So hard to describe timbre, i'm in to programming sounds, like yours, using complex waveforms, rich in overtones but i'm damned if i know how to put them into words.
I feel they should be mid to foreground sounds, the mid being the warm and fuzzy type, in keeping with the existing palette, and the fore being simpler, sharper focused sounds but still with overtones...nothing hard/glassy/metalic.
Mid sounds playing single notes and simple chords sustained for a brief period and having a nice long decay trail. Foreground stuff playing melody snippets, i was hearing three note staccato runs also with a long decay trail of either a long amp envelope decay, long reverb or delay kind. Also, sound effecty punctuations in the back to midground which occur only a couple of times throughout the piece or maybe only once.
The way i hear this piece- you've created a perfect world but it only has a couple of inhabitants.

this is a little outside of my normal listening genre, but theres a lot in this track that i like. i think opaque slogan said it best...its a perfect world with only a couple of inhabitants. theres some nice bits floating back in the mix, but (to my ears) there needs to be a little something more up front other than the main theme. a nice attempt, just needs....something to make it feel complete.
