    Greetings Richard,

This is an internal SONAR thing. Sounds like time to call customer support.

    Regards,

Sadly, error C00000005 is a really generalised error type; what they used to calla "general protection fault". It doesn't tell you much, diagnostically, as all kinds of stuff can cause it.

Is there still a bug reporter on this site anywhere? You'd probably be best off trying to get it directly to Cakewalk; there might be a known workaround.

What I was doing was editing a song and the last step was deleting 2 unnecessary tracks, then I renamed it ver c. Ver b ( with tracks till there) seems to work fine. I even tried to delete the tracks again and renamed it ver c . But I still have the same errors.

Btw. do you have any specific plugins in the tracks that you are trying to delete?

I renamed it to ver d after deleting the files and cleaning up the work space. Seems to be working fine now. Thanks all.
