"VPA plugin rejected VPA host" error

"VPA plugin rejected VPA host" ... Anyone know what it means? It happens when I am doing a plugin scan and it gets to T-RackS 3 - there's a message that says T-Racks was not installed correctly, then another message that says this. Yes, you may have seen another post from me about this, but I thought this would be a more direct way to ask about it.

DAW Vitals
Hardware: i7 4790k / MSI Z97 Gaming 7 / 16GB DDR3 / SSD audio drives / UAD Apollo Twin USB
Software: SONAR Platinum 64-Bit / Win 10 Pro 64-Bit / ASIO Drivers / 44.1 KHz / 24-Bit

    I have same problem - but in Logic!
    does anyone know how to fix it or what can it be?

    I am having the same error since I updated to the UAD 5.3 plugs.

    OK...figured it out...not a UAD problem. issue was an install problem with Amplitube Xgear which I updated yesterday.

    got same prb. in logic with amplitube metal
    I reinstalled version 1.0.1 and now it works
    send ik multimedia a email about it
