Will this be a complete version of Guitar Rig 4 or just a lite edition?  $100 seems like a pretty good value if it is the real deal?  Thoughts?

I don't think so; from my reading of the email that would be the Elite Guitar Edition  for $179. You'd be getting the full edition of GR for about half price plus the Sonar upgrade.

It doesn't say its not the full version

Man, I wished I knew this before getting the upgrade T_T.

If you already own a full version of Guitar Rig (1, 2 or 3) the upgrade price on NI site is $79

If you have the LE version (shipped with Sonar 8P) then it is $149 to upgrade so if you already have the full version don't use this 'offer'

Don't forget you don't have to leap now.
