Need help in selecting the right cakewalk product

I have Roland TD-10 v-drums which I bought in 1997 along with the then current version of Cakewalk.  What I liked about this product was that I could play on my v-drums and see in real-time a music score with the drum notes.  I was able to record the midi to disk, then playback thru my v-drums.

What I want to do now is basically the same thing, but hoping to find some rock/audio tracks where the drum-track is separated so I can play along on my TD-10 and record my track, then play the audio track back with my own rendition of the drum score.

I want to buy a new version of cakewalk, since my 1997 version probably wouldn't work with Windows Vista (even if I could find the install disk or the secret code).  Another issue on the computer side is that I'm currently using Vista 32- bit, but will be ugrading to a 64-bit notebook soon and will likely run Windows Vista or Windows 7 -- so any visibility into the software compatibility would be helpful.

I've been reading thru the Cakewalk software product info on the web for over 10 hours now, but can't figure out if any of the packages will do what the old package will.  Any advice on which product I should buy would be greatly appreciated.   I'm a home user and this would be just for my own entertainment, although the money isn't an issue so if the Studio or Pro versions have some features or advantages I'd just buy the best thing that is out there.  Certainly all the other tools available in many of the packages are attractive.

Appreciate any help.

Thanks, Kurt

Just get Sonar 8.5.1 Producer Edition. I think you'll like the new Session Drummer 3 kits.
Your V-drums should hook right up since it's  Roland equipment. All my Roland stuff went right in.
