Midi to Audio - Distorting Results

Hey Sonar-heads:

I'm using Sonar Home studio. Just lately I've been having issues converting midi keys to audio. The results end up distorted and sort of metallic sounding.  It's horrible. This has never happened until recently. I'm using Windows XP with a Saffire Focusrite audio interface.

    Actually, I just happened to find a similar post of mine from a year ago! I followed the suggestions I received then - still worked! I saved the project as a .cwb, unpacked it  and voila!!! Troubles gone.
