I just received an email from SamAsh with a promo code to recieve up 50% off , The V studio at SamAsh gets a 10% discount which amounts to $379.00 savings, My question is which I know that has been asked V-studio come's bundled with Sonar 8.5, In a Retail Box, am I able to sell it on ebay? if so I should be able to $400 for it so with the 10% The V studio will be at $3000 range which is more like it.. Bummer though is Sam ash dosent have them in stock  :(
 and I can afford it now .

Thanks guys.. I did buy the buy the actual dvd of 8.5 for $20.00, So Im wondering if I can sell that along with the new serial # that comes with V-studio.  I will call cake today, to find out for sure, before I go to Samash, Just wish they thought about existing users when they bundled the V-studio , I would of bought it months ago if it just didnt add the $500 software. and offer what was it $200 rebate for $500 program.. Seems like a rip off to existing users.  Such a difficult decision , I would buy just the console but for $2200 ,But  I'ed be a fool not to spend the extra $800 to get the V-700r,
 dose 8.5 only come with the V-studio bundle or dose it come with the V-700c or v-700r? 
 Giving a $200 rebate for $500 program no thanks, I'ed ebay the software for $400-$450, 
 oh 1 more question, the arx slot what other instruments are available ? how many slots for instruments? hopefully not just one, Where can you buy the Arxs? I been looking. cant find anything else, what else stinks , not that I would ever need to buy 2 V-700r's but why would you need 2 fanthoms? Did they think about this? wish they sold the v-studio without the software and an arx chip, .. will call them up today. Thanks again Guys.. try 3 times to get in touch with cake sales department, was on hold for 30 mins no one picked up, cant get an answer , I went to sam ash , they dont have the Vstudio in stock. nor have they ever had one at my location. its a special order, And They know nothing about this product at all. And they do not sell the v700r or the v700 c at all only the combo V-studio. :(

That's because of the hold Digi Design-Pro Tools-etc. has on the market and regional cliqueism. It's the same way here in Vegas at the stores. I inquired at my local GC about getting the VS700 and was met with some real attitude and a bone head salesman with a bad pitch for some beginner grade Pro Tools- Digi equipment. I finally got another salesman to say say they'd special order it for me with a twisted look on his face. This was the same store I saw Seth Perlstein and VS700 at a demo. A lot of these guys have no idea and can't break store ordering policy. Funny thing about it all? All the Pro stores elsewhere said," sure where do you want it shipped".
