PPPPLLLEEEAAASSEEE why?

I just bought an Ibuypower comp w/ windows 7 and for some reason it says my inputs/outpurts are being used by another app or not readable or something... I deleted the auido driver that came with the comp and before i gout sound w/ apps and windows... now I have no idea what to do as it will read the vs100 as a midi in but no sound no options while going to record for inputs why???? wtf????

    Your message is a bit disjointed, I assume you have Sonar on the PC and you are trying to record audio from plugging into the VS100 input socket?
