Estore moved threads explanation.
Threads concerning estore are being moved to estore so the proper personnel can find them and deal with them more easily. They are not being swept under the proverbial rug and will not be ignored.
Perhaps more importantly this also keeps X1 usability and pre/post-sales questions from being lost in the shuffle or flying off the first page into obscurity too soon.
We want estore issues to get looked at by customer service and X1 questions to get looked at by product people.
So this is an effort to separate the issues for clarity and for everyone's sanity.
It would also help us if you post your queries in the proper forums to begin with. We get tired.
