cant see whole pro channel when docked on left and i cant find a way to scroll up or down

There is no way to scroll the ProChannel, however there are some ways to try to see more of it.

There is a CompactEQ mode you can access from the Module Options menu.  Click the arrow next to Display at the bottom of the Inspector, then go to Module Options, ProChannel and select Compact EQ Module.

Also, if you float the inspector, you can gain a little extra vertical space that way.
