Still looking & can't find this feature anymore, not in help either.

Was this feature removed or left out by mistake? Is so, please put it in the next update.

That feature was removed. Instead, Track Templates now take everything into account that's selected at the time the template is created. This is also supposed to include Track Folders, but there's a currently known bug about that, which will be fixed in the upcoming update later this month.

    Thanks Scott,

I wonder why such a useful feature like that would be removed?

All those duplicate imported busses, tracks & sends will now have to be hand deleted one by one.

    Ouch!

Maybe thoses options could be added to the Preferences Window.  Or maybe you could create some variations of your track templates that take those options into consideration.

Maybe it shouldn't have been removed in the first place!

Could be there's something I've missed that they've changed or simplified in X1 or like you say a suggestion for next update.

I've have many variation templates already & either way you end spending unnecessary time setting up the project again which kind of defeats the purpose of having them in the first place.

Yes, I can't believe they removed this, such a useful feature.

For example, I do a mix on a track and then I want to take parts of that mix over to another track, used to be simple and I had some control, can't understand how it is helpful to remove this, unless this is going to be a new feature in X2...
