Snap to grid in staff view - maybe I am doing something wrong

So, I want to be able to select these notes and move them to the next measure.

Whenever I click on the group of notes, however, the snap setting changes to the value of the first note. I would like it to stay as "measure".

Here is a screen video. What am I doing wrong?

That might be a bug unless there's something you can change in the Preferences dialog box.

It's a new problem in X1. The snap function is "intuitive" now, and will change when you click on whatever note you're editing. It's a huge problem and there are already a few threads made for it. I'm sure the patch coming up will cover it.
