Digi-001 driver support

Hi guys. I just built a newer, faster, better pc and migrated my Digi-001 to it. However, I cannot seem to get Sonar XL 2.0 to recognize the Digi drivers -- it only shows the built-in audio drivers, which stink as far as latency is concerned -- especially when dealing with plugins. Any recommendations? I've installed the latest Digi wave driver updates.

Disable your onboard sound card in the BIOS. HTH.

I use to have a 001 and using Sonar and the wave driver was never a really good combination. I would recommend installing the Digi ASIO driver and running Sonar in ASIO. This will be stable and give you access to all 18 i/o options. I think the wave driver only gives you a single stereo pair. I know Asio is in Sonar 3, but I don't recall if it is in Sonar 2.

Upgrade to Sonar 2.2 which supports ASIO.
