Just thought I would let you all know about some GREAT customer service for once.
Brought the UVi String Machines package - had a problem in Mach5 - they let me know immediately String Machines had been  written in the very latest script which is part of MAch5 upgrade coming out soon - but in any event I could use the UVi Workstation which had already been upgraded.
So I downloaded this - worked fine Stand alone but would not work in Sonar X1.
I let them know (all this was yesterday by the way). Today I received a download link to a new download version of the UVi workstation.
Downloaded, installed all perfect.
Now this is the test of any company in any field of business in my book - we all get things wrong sometimes, but the test is in how you put them right. In this case superbly.
Anyone think I could have had this experience with Native Instruments!!!!!

I'd like to add my +1 to Motu also.

And believe it or not, in my experiences with our very own Cakewalk.
 I've had nothing but excellent service.
Now, I live on the east coast so calling is an option for me, and since they finally got rid of that God awful 'wait muzak' they had in the past, the 3 minutes I actually had to wait for a rep was tolerable. 

But Sweetwater's service, customer support and tech support is by far the best out there IMO.
I wish all company's ran like that.

Never really had to use Cakewalk's but I can definitely concur re Sweetwater - I have been using them for years, they are one of the few companies that will ship to Barbados and I always get fabulous, friendly and cost competitive service.
