Hi!
Please help me anyone. I use Audacity for recording, correcting of latency and cleaning of audio. Now i have done a greit song in Audacity and want to export it to X1 to do effects there. In Audacity i choose an opption :export tracks, so it exports all the tracks which i feated togheter in wave format. But, when i`am trying to put those tracks in x1 they do not much togheter!!! They do not start playing togheter but with time difference. It looks like all my muching done in Audacity is completely gone!
Does anyone know how to do a correct exporting from Audacity to x1?

Thank you!

I'm assuming this condition is true : some of the tracks in your audacity project have empty space in front (like you have shifted the track to the right).

This may not be the fastest option, but it will enable you to keep the correct empty 'left' space during export, so your tracks will be aligned correctly.

1. open your audacity project

2. add an empty track (doesn't matter mono or stereo)

3. generate 'silence' on the new track from the beginning long enough to cover all the empty space of all tracks.

4. save your project.
---

5. remove all other track, except the silent track and the track you want to export.

6. export track using File-Export (not selection) to wave. Confirm to the dialog box to mix down the 2 tracks to stereo.

7. close project, don't save, reopen project and repeat from step 5 for your other tracks.
